Product Description

The chicken Baader meat white is made of chicken breast meat. The raw materials are produced by ourselves or bought from slaughterhouses. The fresh raw materials are stored under cooled conditions at our factory after the entrance control is conducted. After that, the breast meat is stripped of the caps and bones by using a separator. The meat is then packed into foil, labelled and put into crates. The filled crates are piled up on a pallet. The pallets are brought in to a freeze bunker as soon as possible to obtain a core temperature of maximum - *8 ºC as quick as possible. When the correct temperature is
reached the crates are emptied and the frozen product is piled up on a pallet. The pallet is foreseen with an upper- and under foil and is completely foiled after that. At last the pallets are labelled and stored and/or transported under frozen conditions.
